Services are provided upon request by the patient, family member, or legal guardian.
Accurate and complete medical information must be disclosed before service initiation.
Multan Home Nursing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if required information is withheld or found inaccurate.
Service bookings are subject to staff availability.
Visit schedules, duration, and care plans are finalized after assessment.
Any changes or cancellations should be communicated in advance.
Service charges are agreed upon before commencement of care.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Delayed or unpaid dues may result in suspension or termination of services.
Clients and families agree to:
Provide a safe and respectful environment for caregivers
Share accurate medical history and treatment details
Follow medical advice and care instructions provided by professionals
Avoid any misuse, abuse, or harassment of staff
We commit to:
Providing trained and qualified nursing staff
Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
Delivering care with professionalism, dignity, and respect
Acting in the best interest of patient safety and wellbeing
Home nursing services do not replace hospital emergency care.
In case of medical emergencies, clients are advised to contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
Multan Home Nursing is not responsible for outcomes resulting from delayed emergency response.
All patient information, including medical records and personal data, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and treated as strictly confidential.
Multan Home Nursing reserves the right to replace or substitute caregivers when necessary due to availability, illness, or operational reasons, while maintaining service quality.
Services may be terminated:
Upon client request
For non-payment of dues
If staff safety is compromised
In case of violation of these Terms & Conditions
Multan Home Nursing shall not be held liable for:
Pre-existing medical conditions
Complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical information
Events beyond reasonable control
